Schools are drastically underfunded and that is no longer acceptable. Akwai is on a mission to make it possible for an individual school to raise millions of dollars. We do this by helping schools get their local community to participate in the NCAL (National Competitive Accountability League) and turning the student’s parents into league administrators.

We are building a network of Podcasters and Vloggers who will create a 10-episode series that can be used by a school to start their NCAL Tournament. Once you complete your Season 1 episodes, we will take it to multiple schools to negotiate an agreement where you are paid for [a] fundraising support, [b] commission and [c] individual coaching of the parents and community (if you decide to also provide Akwai goal coaching). Additionally, you will get an upfront payment when we pair your school with business/brand sponsors who will advertise to the adults at the school.

Over the next few months we want to guide you in creating 10-episodes for Season 1 of your Podcast or Vlog. While you compete in the NCAL you will get support from Akwai staff as well as the Akwai community. During weekly NCAL matches, you will earn points for:

• Creating Podcast or Vlog episodes that will be used in schools

• Making progress toward your personal goals (e.g. health goals, career goals, lifestyle goals)

• Taking steps to build your personal brand as an influencer (e.g. creating additional shows, gaining followers, collaborating with other influencers, interviewing notable leaders, getting media coverage)
