In the meantime, below is an overview of the phases we will take you through:
Phase 1 – Calibration
You will brainstorm/finalize goals in multiple categories, download the Akwai app, get onboarded into the Akwai ecosystem, decide/setup the social media pages you will use (YouTube, IGTV, Facebook Watch, Tic Toc etc), setup the ancillary tools that will support your video production/posting, setup project management tools, produce your vlogs introductory videos and begin to submit weekly vlog entries (that will remain private). Phase 2 – Vlog
There are two types of videos you will posts; Vlog Episodes and Vlog Entries.
Vlog Episodes are similar to scripted YouTube videos. We will help you personalize and film 15 Episodes for Season 1 of your Vlog. Vlog Entries are weekly updates on your progress toward various goals (personal, career, wellness etc). Each Vlog Entry can have a similar structure where you would discuss the following (for example): [1] Remind viewers of who you are, what your goals are and what phase you are on within each goal. [2] Recap what has happened recently and provide updates on the commitments you made last week. [3] Mention what you are tracking in the Akwai app, how your app statistics have changed and how it is helping you accelerate your success. [4] Optionally, you can include some clips of you “in-action/in-the-field” working on your goals (e.g. a clip of you at the gym, a clip of you walking into a job interview, a clip of you having an important conversation with a loved-one etc). [5] Make specific commitments by telling the audience what small steps you plan to take within the next week. [6] Talk about the next major milestone you are excited to tackle. [7] Pre-made call-to-action outro and/or encourage the audience to join you on your journey by downloading the Akwai app.
During this phase you will start to generate commissions based on the number of new subscribers that join Akwai after watching your Vlogs.
Phase 3 – NCAL Labs
You will receive support in growing a team/Lab that will compete in the NCAL. A ‘Lab’ is an organizational framework that builds camaraderie and team unity. Labs give participants meaningful challenges to collaborate on. The more members you have in your Lab, the more competitive your NCAL team will be. We can add new Akwai members to your Lab and may even pair you with an entire school (which would immediately add hundreds of people to your Lab).

During this phase you will receive support in acquiring clients who will pay for services related to [a] accountability coaching, [b] vlogging/social media videos, [c] Lab development/management, [d] NCAL consulting and [e] school fundraising. Your upfront fees, milestone fees and hourly rate will increase as you gain more experience in the Akwai ecosystem.
