Reflection Mindset Points are based on how many days out of the week you complete a Self-Reflection Session. On the first day you complete a Self-Reflection Session, you will earn 50 Reflection points. On the second through fifth days, you will earn 25 points, and on the sixth you will earn 50 points. The days don’t all have to be consecutive, but if you update your goal six days you’ll earn the maximum of 200 Mindset Points. You won’t earn Points for the seventh day, but it is still ideal to have Sessions every day.
Accountability Mindset Points are based on how well you’re supporting your group members and accountability partners. Send Joy by clicking the colorful Send Joy buttons at the top right of the HQ or Groups screens. When Sending Joy, you earn 2 points per character that you type. Spread the Joy - all your words don’t have to go to a single user, your points are added together. At 100 characters you will earn the maximum amount of points but feel free to keep writing.
Similar to how Accountability Mindset Points are based on how much you write to others, Transparency Mindset Points are based on how much you write when responding to Queries (Bom-Type). For each character you type, you’ll earn 2 points. You don’t need to type 100 characters in one single Query to earn your maximum Mindset Points for the week. You can spread your points among different Queries and/or different days in the week. All point earnings are added together.
Consistency Mindset Points are based on long term resolve, indicated by use of the app over the last two months. If you update Boms at least once every week for eight weeks, you’ll earn the maximum amount of points. You start with 25 points in week one and will earn 25 more points each subsequent week. On the eighth week you’ll be earning 200 per week. Don’t skip a week or your weekly earning will dwindle.
